Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Out of state will

My mom just past away on 3-28-01 she has the has in my dads and her name every tihing else in the both and mine and my sisters name. the wills they have were made in new jersey we went to the court in st lucie county to prbate her will with out our lawyer is okay to do and is the will okay in this state fl is our primary residents.we own the home out right we have the deed.

Re: Out of state will

You may not have to go to probate court if the property is already titled in your name. If you probate the will the court will require an attorney for the estate
