Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

step children

I just bought your 'do your own will' package....for married couples with adult children....but we have 'three children' (in our minds and hearts). My son, step-son, and step daughter...do I need to change the wording to child and step-children (for me) and children and step-son (for my husband)??? We have not adopted them, as they are adults...but all three are 'our children' in our hearts and in our will.

Help Please!
