Step father has someone living with him

My mom died a few years ago in florida, her husband had a girlfriend living in the house. The house was in my mom's name as well as my stepfather and her will states that when they both die, the house is split between my stepbrother and myself. Does this woman have any claim on the house.

probably, when she died, the property became his. You would need to know what his will states to be sure where the house is going.
