Stepfather won't reveal location or agree to show will or go to attorney to have it read unless daughter agrees to give him 30% of CD's. Attorney said can't read will unless Stepfather is present. Daughter needs $ is a single mother and unemployed. What can I tell her to help her protect herself from this scuz and fulfill her mother's wishes?

Re: Stepfather hiding will and assets

Why don't you give her my name and number. Melody Stickel-Martinez, Esq. (954) 437-5968. The nerve of your step father. I am so sorry for your loss and it is a shame that you are dealing with such a greedy person. Have the daughter call me. I would love to call your step father and the attorney.
