Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Can my step-father sell a life trust home without signatures?
My mother passed five years ago without a will. Her home was in her name only. I'm one of five of mothers biological children. Step-father is selling home that hes in as life trust. Can he sell without our (heir) signatures?

The homestead automatically passes to the spouse if there are no minor children. The home is your stepfather's to sell if he wishes.
