Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Students and living wills
Should university students not being supported by their parents consider a living will in case something should happen to them? I am just looking for some general advice about student options when it comes to deciding their own fate were they to be in an accident of some sort.

You are probably asking a moral question more than a legal one. Any adult can legally execute a living will regardless of his/her age or financial situation. Whether or not you should is a personal question that only you can answer.
