After an estate has been closed, can I still sign as personal representative of the estate, or would the estate have to be re-opened?

I am not sure what you are trying to do. I suggest you speak with the attorney who represented you when the estate was open. That said, I think that after an estate has been closed the PR has no further authority to act on behalf of the estate.
