Do you need to be subpoena duces tecum for deposition accoridng to Fl law and what is the length of time before the depositon are you to be served ?

A "reasonable time". Generally, 10 days is almost always reasonable, unless the volume of records requested is large. Less than ten days and you get a highre risk that a coury would find the time to be unreasonably short.
