Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

if THERE WAS A SUBPOENA BUT A YEAR AND A HALF PASSED, AND YOU NEVER USED THE SUBPOENA TO GET MEDICAL RECORDS, WOULD YOU NEED ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE SO MUCH TIME HAD PASSED OR IS THE SUBPOENA YOU HAVE THATS A YEAR AND A HALF OLD STILL GOOD? THANKS CC

You may have a problem if it is used and served and the doctor checks out the date. Have a new one issued.
