Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Sum years ago, just prior to my Mother's death, she set up a trust fund for my daughter (a minor) with my former wife being the guardian of the trust. Just prior to my daughters 21 birthday ( a few years back), she past away from a automobile accident. My question is, where are the funds ??

Your ex wife who was the trustee is the one who had a fiduciary duty over the funds. it would seem she would have to know. Your daughter is the beneficiary and she can inquire in writing if she wants to know.
