A summary administration question

Can a condo association charge interest on assessments and dues, to an estate that has yet to have the excecutor of the will appointed by the court?

If the Declaration of Condominium or By-Laws provides for interst then the answer is Yes. Why should they not be able to? Florida law Chapter 718 requires that all unit owners be treated equally.
