Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
suspicious of my fathers attorney
I was told to call him and ask for a copy of my fathers will upon doing so . He never tells my sister who did end up calling him , that she could have a copy of it its been a month since his death. When she mentioned the 10 day law for him to file it with the clerk of courts. His answer was, I did not deem it necessary , since there was nothing to probate.

Re: suspicious of my fathers attorney
If there is in fact nothing to probate, meaning he didnot own anything inhis name only (it was all joint or in a trust, etc.), there is no need to file the will.
