Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Is taping allowed in the state of Florida if your in a public place and in a public setting? Can you use the tape in a court of law if crimes were committed and not be sued? Is recording allowed if your in a public place and a public setting with people all around you talking and you can even hear other people?

Photographing or videotaping without sound in a public area is allowed. The "tapes" can be used as evidence in Court if they are probative and can be authenticated. Recording voices even in a public setting is much more complicated answer and on these facts cannot be answered. I would suggest you not record any voices despite the setting without notice and knowledge.
