taxes

my wife died her brother lives in another state that is on house he will not sign off it . i paid the taxes for 7 years can i put a lein against it for the taxes that i paid he has never paid anything county is going to take it

I am not sure I understand what you want to know since you did not ask a question. If your brother-in-law's name is on the deed together with your wife, it may now be his. You need to explain your question so that someone can respond to it.
