Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

how much time

my father died back in nov. 99. my brother that is mentally slow attended the reading of the will. i called to see if in probate the courthouse told me it wasn't.how do i get a copy of the will to see if it was the latest one. how much time do i have on this to contest?

The normal procedure in Florida is that someone files the will with the Court and then serves copies of the will upon all interested parties. Newly found wills are at times filed with the court during the probate process but cannot be filed after an estate is closed.
