Time Limit to Challenge Will FL
How long does an individual have to present a challenge/contest to a will already in probate in Florida? Is writing a letter to the court, without any attorney involvement or legal motions made, enough to establish the ''challenge'' within the time limit?

It could but I would suggest you not rely on his method-If you have any challenges to the will they should be properly documented and ready to be used at a court hearing.I would suggest you call me at my office to discuss this complex matter further.
