What is the time limit you have on subpeana for medical record before you'd need to request another one when in mediation

Sorry but there are not enough facts to answer this question. If you subpoenaed records, you get what is available at that time. If you want more records later, if you are the individual you can get with a hipaa. if you are getting someone else's records, you need to subpoena the update records again. No sure what mediation has to do with it.
