Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I own a time share contract that I put in my Trust. If I can't sell it and still have it in trust when I die are my

heirs who share equally in the trust responsible for taking over the time share contract. In other words can they

refuse to assume responsibility for the time share with no legal obligation?

It really will depend on what is stated in your Trust. The Trust itself may be responsible for the payments to the timeshare. Have your trust read over by an attorney.
