Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
in the title of a home are car, does a comma "," between two names carry the connotation of dick AND jane or dick OR jane?

I would really want to know what language, if any, came after the names, such as joint tenants or tenants in common, etc. This question is tough to answer without seeing the entire sentence.
