Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I currently own a townhome and would like to rent it. We recently had a second child and have out grown our home. The HOA states we must be placed on a waiting list prior to renting. Wait time can be up to one year. Is there any way to bypass this?

Yes, if you can amend the HOA. Find out what the HOA says.
