Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

trust account

my dad has a trust account setup because of law suit he was awarded due to mal practice. The money that was awarded to him was place into a account that the bank is investing the money without guardians consent and have lost over 150k from 800k. what can be done to stop this! the bank wont let them. my parents never knew it was being place in this type of account.
