What is the easiest way (form) to have all my possessions left to my spouse upon my death and when my spouse dies to then leave all possessions divided equally among our children?

Re: Trust

That depends on what type of possessions you own.

Some assets can have beneficiary designation such as life insurance. Some assets can be in joint name.

A will would probable be the best way to accomplish this unless you do not trust your husband to fulfill your wishes if you die first. Things can be put in trust but the Trust document may be costly.

I would suggest getting a consultation with local counsel to review your assets and concerns. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail your telephone number and I will call you.
