Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Trust Litigation

I am thinking about contesting a trust. I read on the internet a

Florida Statute 736.0207 (2008) that states a ''Revocable Trust cannot be challenged.'' I need a better understanding of this statute. Are there any exceptions to this statute? Thank You.

Re: Trust Litigation

There is no way to respond to your request. The statutes in this area can be very complex and without any facts there is no way to give you any guidance on the matter.
