Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I am a quadraplegic, I would like to sell my home and have the funds secure in a trust to use for future medical, and personal assistant? Plus have fuure business income flow into the trust, and be able to disperse as need requires? What would be my best route to take? Thank you
