Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Trust
My sister took over as DPOA for my physically incapacitated father when our mother passed. Then has kept him from all our family and friends for 3 years. She calls the police everytime a family member shows up at the door. Elder Abuse said he doesn't want to see anyone right now. They can do nothing about it as long as his mind is functioning. We know there was a trust and we found out that there was an equity loan and now she has done a quitclaim deed to herself. Is it legal for this to happen since she took him away!

Re: Trust
If he is of sound mind, I see nothing that can be done about it.
