Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

A trustee is keeping money owed me in a trust. I found out but don't have any documents but believe it is money that was wrongfully taken from me and his attorney is making him rectify it. However, I want a police investigation . Can the police look into this matter.

Not at this point. I doubt the police will get involved. This is a civil matter. You are entitled to a copy of the trust agreement. A court can enforce the agreement.
