Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I am the trustee and sole beneficiary of a trust that holds the deed of a mortgage free rental duplex, with relatively high positive net equity. Recently I learned that placing the duplex into an LLC would provide asset protection that the trust does not, so I created a Florida LLC for that purpose.

Could anybody please tell me if I should file a Warranty Deed, Special Warranty Deed, or a Quitclaim Deed to transfer the duplex from the trust to the LLC? Thank you.
