Is a Trust that is made out by a person himself and not a Lawyer legal in the State of Florida and only has the Trust signed by a Notary???

A trust written in Florida requires 2 witnesses to sign in addition to the notary. It can be prepared by anyone.

If the trust was validly written in another state Florida will honor it.
