maybe, but not necessarily. If the property was owned with a right of survivorship, then the property passed to you as a matter of law. If the property was a co-tenancy, then your brother's heirs own one half of the property. You will need to have an attorney review the deed which vested title in both of your names to make that determination, and if necessary to handle the probate of your brother's interest.
