Which Type of Will should I use?

We are UK citizens who have bought a Villa in Florida. The villa is bought in my wife's name only. We do not have children. I believe that we need to set up a Florida Will in addition to our UK will. Which type of will should I use? Single Name, No Children? Thankyou.
