Uncal is deseaving his mother
my grandmother gave me durable power of attorney oct.16th 2003.My grandfather passed away oct 4th 2003.sence my uncal found out that I have this he has my grandmother so confused she says she doesn't remmber signing it.But she does remmber going to the lawer.He took her down on nov.23ed to a lawer he knows and had a revoction made up.Now I have been taking care of both my grandparents for the past 4 to 5 years with all the medical I have healthcare serraget.The uncal also know she memory problems and is on meds for it.i'm going to the dr's office monday nov.24th to see if he can help.The uncal is using the fact that she has the memory problem telling her one thing and doing another.What can I do?

Until or unless an interested party is wronged and stands to lose something, there isn't anything you can do legally. If that happens, you can try to claim undue influence or duress as long as there is evidence of this. For now, you should try talking to your grandmother and, if she is of sound mind, ask her what she wants, who she wants to take care of her affairs. Good luck.
