Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My uncle granted his spouse living estate in his home for as long as she lives there after his death. If she moves the house goes to his daughter. How many days a month does she have to stay there to qualify as living at the residence

It depends on what the deed says. If life estate is it defined any further? If specifically says living there, it could mean using it as primary residence? Homestead? hard to answer without seeing the documents. Not likely that time in the residence is going to define the living issue.
