Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My uncle and I wrote up a contact regarding a debit card I have which was attached to my Amway account through direct deposit the contact stated that when I reached $75000 he would give me my card back. Well I couldn't pay my Amway business license and my card number and direct deposit number were lost. I'm in need of the money on the card because I'm trying to start a family and my uncle is refusing to return the card more so due to a personal dispute between him and I, I don't want to involve courts due to the fact I don't have the money to pay the costs. Is there anything I can do?

The contract is only about the debt with your uncle. The card however is in your name - why don't you just get another card?

I agree, get the bank or institution to issue another card. The contract with your Uncle seems to lack consideration and likely would not be an enforceable contract either.
