Uncle's Estate
My uncle lived in Los angeles and died Recently. He left no will. My father lives in Florida and is the only living sibling alive, but their are children in Cuba that are from my father's brothers. What is the process?

If your father is the closet living relative, he must petition the court in Calif. to be appointed fiduciary. I have counsel there to help.
