Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I had an unusually high utility bill due to a issue with the ventilation system in the house I'm renting. My landlord says that they will not assist me in paying this $650 bill when it was clearly caused by an issue with the premises not the usage. What are my rights here? The state I live in is Florida if that helps.
