If I video tape or audio tape myself as my Will is it legal and binding?

No. Not by itself. It still needs a properly executed written Will. The tape is then only to complement.

A video/audio tape does not qualify under Florida law as a Will. To be valid, it must be in writting and meet several other specific requirements.
