Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Ive been waiting for money from an estate for my granddaughters for 10 years. I keep getting letters from the attorney saying its coming. Will that money gain interest? How can I get the lawyer to pay them?

Obviously you are not getting the answers you want. But you don't know what to ask. So you need to hire an attorney on your behalf to help explain it to you, or to act if there is a problem.

You may find your attorney's fee could be paid from the estate.

I would be checking out this attonrey. Why are you having to wait 10 years? Is this attorney a reputable one? Hire an attorney to investigate on your behalf. As Mr. Kaplan says, the fee may be paid from the estate assets since you are do this for the benefit of the granddaughters.
