What does "wavier of prority, consent to appointment of personal representative, and wavier of notice" mean regarding the opening of an estate of a decaesed parent ?

It is a form that allows the bypass of some formalities that generally cost the estate money. I assume you received this because you are a beneficiary of the estate. If you have questions about it call the lawyer who sent it or contact a local attorney.

It means you are agreeing to someone else as personal representative when you may also be qualified.
