Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Is the widow of a 73 yr old decrased male responsible for the credit card debt in the husbands name only? Her only income is social security check.

Unless there are more then what you stated, no. Hopefully you never signed anything with the credit card company obligating yourself to or guaranteeing his debt. If you did, then it would be yes.
