Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My wife died recently (3/11) at age 72. She had spent the past three years in a nursing home on medicaid, so her estate was minimal. Her will left everything to me (jointly-held house, car, a few hundred dollars in her bank account) and our two children (mostly heirlooms and that type thing).

Do I need to do anything about her will?

Thanks,

Dick

Hi. The only thing you really need to do is to file the will with the clerk of the court in your county.
