Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
my wife and I reside in Florida and have a revocable trust. If I become totally disabled and my wife cannot care for me, are our assets protecteed in the trust i.e. home ira's and savings or can they be taken to pay for my care even though I am on medicare and have secondary health coverage. Thank You in advance for your answer

The trust assets are not exempt from judgment.
