Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
will or bank signature?
I am listed as sole beneficiary on my parents will, and am trustee on there property. I also have poa and am listed on there living will. If a sibling is listed as beneficiary on CD's at the bank does a will supercede this or does the bank signature stand?

The beneficiary designation at the bank would override the other documents.
