The will of deceased gives entire estate to surviving spouse. House deed is in name of deceased and needs to be transferred to name of surviving spouse. What are the steps to accomplish this?

You will need to probate the estate of the decedent. Depending on a variety of factors, this could be a summary administration, or a more detailed formal administration.
You will need to retain an attorney for either, and I would be pleased to discuss this with you.

Answer is correct, but you should shop around for attorneys fees on handling such.
