Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

The will of deceased gives entire estate to surviving spouse. House deed is in name of deceased and needs to be transferred to name of surviving spouse. What are the steps to accomplish this?

You will need to probate the estate of the decedent. Depending on a variety of factors, this could be a summary administration, or a more detailed formal administration.
