Is a will drawn up in the state of Texas, legal in the state of Florida, where we now are residents?

Once you became a Florida resident you become subject to Florida law. Therefore, your Will could be valid in Florida if it complies with Florida Statute.

Without looking at the Will I cannot determine if it does comply. Florida requires 2 witness signatures and several other features.

In the long run it may be better just to create a Florida Will.
