Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

no will, need emergency executrix

Mom passed without a will that we can find. I had Power of Attorney of which I believe Mom thought was will also, I handled all finances. I need to be Executrix to continue to oversee estate until it is probated. How do I go about becoming Executrix, haste

Just see a lawyer to sdtart probate. As one of the surviving children you have a priority right to become the personal representative.
