Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
will not executed properly
My grandfather died in February 1992 in Tampa, Florida. I have reason to believe his will was never executed, or executed improperly. How can I locate a copy of his will?

I would contact the courthouse where he resided to see if a Will was either probated or filed. You may want to speak to an Attorney.

The will is required to be filed in the local courthouse.
