Will inclusion

After a person's death, is the attorney who wrote the will for the deceased, supposed to notify all persons who have been included in the will by the deceased (to receive certain objects or monies)?

The attorney who wrote the will may or may not be involved in the probate process. The person or party that steps forward to act as Personal Representative of the estate retains an attorney of their choice. It is usually the Personal Representative who is responsible for contacting heirs.
