Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Will left half of everything to my brother & myself. Subsequently mother signed & recorded a Warranty Deed leaving her home to me. Can brother contest the Warranty Deed & win in Florida?

Without more facts it is impossible to answer. The will does not control property which was disposed of prior to the death. That said, if there was undue influence, a transfer can be challenged and you can lose. Seek some legal advice with all your facts.
