Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Is my will legal inthe state of florida.

We had our wills made 20 years ago while living in the state of NY.

We are now residents of Florida, and own property only in Florida.

Are our wills still legal?

If valid in NY, they are valid in Fla. That does not mean they are up to date. You may want to review them.
