Is a will, power of attorney and proxy drawn in NYS, valid in Florida?

If the legal formalities in Florida are followed then probably yes. No way to know that without seeing the documents. Seek legal advice.

I agree with Mr. Stein's opinion. I would only add that its very likely that you've added new property to your estate since your NY will and thus an amendment may be in order anyway. See a local attorney to get an opinion and go from there. Hope this helps.
